High-impact categories like compliance rules, pricing information, and policy details deserve regular review because errors in these areas carry the highest risk. Set up periodic reviews of these categories, perhaps weekly or monthly depending on your volume.

Low-confidence entries are worth reviewing because they represent areas where the system is uncertain. These entries might be correct but under-validated, or they might be wrong and in need of correction. Reviewing low-confidence entries helps you guide the system's learning in the right direction.

Recently promoted entries that just moved from pending to active status represent the newest additions to the system's active knowledge. A quick review of recently promoted entries catches any errors before they have a chance to influence many interactions.

Entries related to recent problems are worth investigating when a customer reports an issue or a team member notices an incorrect response. Tracing back from the problematic response to the knowledge entries that informed it often reveals the root cause and allows targeted correction.

Acting on What You Find

When tracking reveals knowledge that needs attention, you have several options. You can edit an entry to correct inaccurate information. You can delete an entry to remove knowledge the system should not have. You can promote a pending entry that you know is correct without waiting for additional evidence. Or you can add a new rule that overrides a learned pattern you disagree with. All changes take effect immediately, making the feedback loop between tracking and correction as tight as possible.
